Armstrong posted one run in the first, another in the third, four in the fourth, and another two in the sixth, as they held Park Center scoreless. Favaro started for the Falcons and pitched well to get the win. Goihl went 2 for 3 for the Falcons, driving in 2 of the 8 Armstrong runs. The Pirates lone two hits came on an infield single by Jordan Stroh and a clean line drive by Alex Ledin. The weather threatened all day, but the Falcons truly wore down the Pirates for the win in the cold.
