April 12: The Warriors will try to prove last year's title game was no fluke against the perennial power Zephyrs.

Henry Sibley showed anything was possible in 2016. Two games before the playoffs began, the Warriors were on a nine-game losing streak and had a 4-14 record. Then, in storybook fashion, Henry Sibley rattled off 11 wins in 12 games to become the Class 3A state champion.

Their state-clinching game was an 8-4 win over a Mahtomedi squad that had gone to state for three years running and was hungry for a championship.

Both teams have something to prove this season, as the Warriors bring back six starters to try and prove that last season was more than lightning in a bottle, while the Zephyrs attempt to retain their spot as one of the top teams in the state after a season of turnover.

This state championship rematch that could influence the balance of power throughout Class 3A makes this our Top Game of the Week.
