In what was not the cleanest played game of the tournament turned out to be one of the most exciting. After three lead changes, two extra innings, and six errors, St. Cloud Cathedral would defeat Proctor by a score of 9-8.
Trailing by one in the bottom of the 7th, Proctor was able to scratch across one run to send it to extras. The Crusaders would storm back in the top of the ninth with four runs. The Rails would not go quietly, they put up three runs before flying out to left field on a well hit hanging line drive.
St. Cloud Cathedral will now play Holy Family Catholic at Target Field on Monday, June 17th at 3pm.
