Spring Grove vs. Randolph

4:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 15

(Doubleheader)

The top two teams in the Southeast Conference meet Tuesday looking to end the other's winning streak.

Spring Grove (10-1, 7-0) has yet to lose in May and features an offense that is rolling. The Lions have scored 10 or more runs in five games this season and hope to show how well offense trumps defense.

Randolph doesn't adhere to that philosophy, as the Rockets (9-0, 7-0) have blasted to a perfect record with stellar pitching and defense. The team is averaging just two runs allowed per game, has given up more than three runs just once, and boasts a mere 10 errors in the season.

Andrew Wenstrom has been especially strong, and the junior displayed his prowess by striking out six while surrendering just one unearned run in pitching seven innings in a 2-1 win over Goodhue on May 12.
