Rochester Century at Rochester Mayo

Rochester Century has won 10 straight games, helping push it to the top of the Big 9 Conference. If the No. 20-4A Panthers  12-2, 7-1) continue the hot streak, the rest of the league could be in the rear view mirror by the end of the week.

Rochester Mayo (9-5, 5-2) is the last team to beat the Panthers, crushing them 15-3 on April 20 en route to a 5-0 start in the conference. Since then, the Spartans are scuffling with conference losses to Rochester John Marshall (9-1) and Fairbault (6-4) last week. 

Leadoff hitter Thomas Krause, who homered and tripled against Century, will try to get the Spartans back on track. He will likely face either Mac Horvath or Palmer Michelson. They have a combined 2.01 ERA in 44.2 innings pitched.
