Providence Academy scored four runs in the top of the third inning and then held off New Life Academy to record a 4-2 road victory on Tuesday. Lions improved to 4-0 overall this season while the Eagles, ranked No. 8 in the Class 2A coaches' poll released April 24, dropped to 3-1.
