East Ridge scored three runs in the bottom of the third inning to take a 4-3 lead against Minnetonka. It was a lead the Raptors would hold the remainder of the game as they defeated the Skippers in the Class 4A semifinal.
Joe Merchlewitz and Alex Mezzetti each recorded an RBI for the Raptors, who move on to face Rosemount in the Class 4A championship on Friday.
